Beginning of July 2012 recap



Our first adventure in July was to the Clearwater marine aquarium, where the movie star Winter resides. We went with our friends and neighbors at the time, the Kard Family.  Here are James and Brad, Brad is 5 days older than James :)

Next, we went to Lakeland to catch the fireworks.  It was a little late for Brad, so he stayed home with my dad while my mom, Luke, and me went to watch the fireworks with the Jack Lustila Family around the lake.  We had perfect seats and the show was great!

June 2012 recap

June 2012 marked our first month in Florida for me and the boys. Our mission, to find a house! Very thankfully, we were able to rent a house from our friends and got to live next door to them from May to August.  Luke and Brad were in heaven with two boys their age living next door.  It was very comforting to me as well since Josh wasn't able to move to FL until mid-July.  The summer was filled with house-hunting and fun excursions and me trying to have as much fun with my boys as possible before starting work again in August.

The most exciting thing about June 2012, our nephew/cousin Samuel "Sammy" Elliott was born on Father's Day!!

May 2012 picture and video recap

Brad has had blocked tear ducts since birth. They aren't too bad, but when he gets a cold you notice it and he has teary, sometimes green goopy eyes.  The right eye was worse than the left, so before we moved to FL, we had one of Josh's partners in Atlanta do a tear duct probe on Brad's right eye.

They told me he might wake up all of a sudden, and right after I took this picture he did and almost fell off of the bed.

About an hour and a half after waking up, we were home and he was hungry!

We went to watch a movie on the lawn one evening with our friends the Vogel family.  I can't remember now what the movie was, but it was a fun time :)

Pool party for the end of tball season.  Everyone got a trophy and medal! It was really nicely done.
