Rest of July 2012

Ignoring the fact that it is January 2014, I will post a mostly picture re-cap of the second half of July 2012.  Luke was 4 and Brad was 21 months old.  Josh had just finished the last weeks of his job in Atlanta and joined us in Florida.  We took a family vacation to North Carolina where we visited GG and GGpa, Uncle Mike, Aunt Carrie, and Haley, and my best friend Jenn and her family.  When we got back home we had a trip to the beach where we saw our friends' daughter be baptized and Luke learned to ride the bike GG and GGpa gave him.

While in Brevard, the boys loved playing with GGpa and he was a good sport with all their craziness.

We cherish these memories as it was just six months after this visit that GGpa passed away.  We were so fortunate that we got to see him two more times after this visit as well in 2012.  We love you and miss you GGpa!

Luke grabbed the camera and took about 50 pictures, here are a few of these, including the white squirrel that we love to look for when in Brevard.

Last stop, Durham to visit my friend Jenn.  Her son Clark is 6 weeks older than Luke.  We went to the Children's museum and the boys had a great time!

Then we headed home. Went to the beach and Luke rode his new bike.  What a fun vacation!
